Bennett Nolan - Injury Attorney

Fort Smith, Arkansas
p. (866)-242-0452
f. (479) 782-5184

Bennett Nolan cares about the needs of everyday people here in Arkansas.  After earning his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville in 1976, he graduated with his law degree from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, in 1978.

After working in the legal field for a number of years, he helped start the law firm of Nolan, Caddell, and Reynolds in 1987 to help build a better law firm.  He has experience practicing law in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and elder law.  He is especially passionate about nursing home cases where he has witnessed too many cases of bedridden, elderly patients who fail to receive the care they need and deserve because of under-staffed, under-qualified nursing home facilities that focus more on the bottom-line than on meeting the basic needs of their patients.
He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia.  He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has been awarded the Arkansas Trial Lawyers President’s Award for outstanding service and dedication. The American National Trial Lawyers Association named him one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America.  He has also been rated a “Super Lawyer” in the Mid-South region.
On a more personal level, he has been married to his wife Tammy Jo for over 24 years and has three boys. He has enjoyed coaching his boys in soccer, basketball, and baseball over the years. He also loves to exercise and has run many marathons although he no longer actively competes in racing.  He and his family have attended First Baptist of Fort Smith for many years.
